The last time it happened, I called a cashier and told the price at shelf, she corrected it without saying a word. She knew this happens. I can say it is intentional. Unless you check each item's price at checkout, which is terrible thing to do, you lose huge amount of money. They know most buyers do not do that. I hate target Wheaton!!!
