  I visited the store hoping to find what I now know to be old replacements to my 3handle tub and shower fixings / faucets. The two gentlemen assisting me were very helpful. They independently took the time to listen and try to understand my predicament - of not wanting to do any tile work to modernise my bathroom, and was just hoping to replace the current faucets (that are older than I) which can no longer 'hold their water'. Though the store didn't have what I had my heart set on when I walked in...they walked me through alternative ways to get the desired results.
