  Amaan, the manager is very friendly and reasonable. Carlos the mechanic is very competent. Carlos managed to fix my pickup truck's ECM (Engine Control Modules) issue which was the root cause of the "Service Engine Soon" came on and off intermittently and caused the engine to sometimes be cut off while driving or waiting at a traffic light. Sent the pickup truck to many auto shops and also to Herb Gordon Nissan dealer (left it for a day), none could figure out the issue. The suggestion was may need to replace the fuel pump for over $800. Glad that Carlos fixed the issue. Even though it took him a week and $1,000 to get it fixed, but I am happy with his works and his professionalism. Thanks to Carlos and Amaan!

  If your vehicle has an issue - I strongly suggest that you stop by to see Herberth, Carlos and Henry. These guys are honest and work with you to resolve your vehicle's issues. I can name countless times these guys went above and beyond to help me out. One time my truck wouldn't start, so I borrowed my son's car to stop by the shop to ask about towing. Carlos immediately lent me a jump pack and said try this and bring it back with your truck to diagnose the issue. (Who does that?) Another time a rear suspension part rusted out on my truck and left a nearly 20 year old bolt still bolted to the frame. Carlos looked at it and said that he could remove it with no problem. "You'll have your truck back this afternoon". Herberth also be needs to be mentioned, as well as, Henry. When you enter the office, you will typically meet Herberth. He's a great guy and a good listener who works with you to resolve your vehicle's issue. They are all great guys and better yet, great mechanics. Like I said, if your vehicle has an issue, Stop by to see these guys. I did and now a regular customer.
